I was working in the construction industry for about two years after college until I realized I couldn’t work long enough to make the money I desired. So I went out to try and find work that was consistent with my education, but most importantly to find work that was meaningful to me. At first, Cornerstone offered to let me work part-time to learn the skills necessary to be a financial professional. Eventually, my part-time effort was providing more value than the eight hours of construction work. I got to see first hand the effects of how Cornerstone helps famillies and I knew I could do the same. This is when I made a full commitment to financial services.
